A Language Lab has been installed which presently can cater to 20 students at a time.
Audio Visual Facilities
The Department has a fully equipped audio-visual room with a seating capacity of about 50. Simple facilities for screening Videos/CDs/DVDs have also been provided in 6 other classrooms.
Around 20 computers with Internet facilities for students are provided in the Library complex.
The Delhi University Student Centre is located near the Central Reference Library (opposite the Arts Faculty) and houses a canteen, a bookshop, and other facilities.
A Foreign Language Education programme has also been designed in collaboration with the cultural institutes of France (Alliance Française), Germany (Max Mueller Bhawan), Spain (Instituto Cervantes), Italy (Instituto Italiano di Cultura) and Portugal (Instituto Camões)
