Pablo Neruda Library

The Pablo Neruda Library was named after the famous Chilean poet on 4 February 2004, the centennial of the poet’s birth. It has a unique collection of more than 35,000 titles in various languages.

Facilities/Services

  • The Library Reading Room can accommodate up to 50 students.
  • Around 20 Computers with Internet access have been provided in the Library complex for use by students. These computers are linked to the University Intranet.
  • Photocopying and printing services are also provided at nominal charges.

Online Resources

The Library also provides access to online resources relevant to the study of the languages taught in the Department and to the literature, history and culture associated with these languages. These resources include free access through the University Intranet to a number of databases. »
